SWINDON: A man who is accused of common assault and breaching a restraining order has been remanded in custody by a judge. Neil Pailor is accused of assaulting two women and going to one of their addresses on March 18 in contravention of the order.
No charges were put to the 33-year-old, of Pinehurst Road, and he did not enter any pleas during the brief hearing at Swindon Crown Court. The case was adjourned to June 20 and he was remanded in custody.
