BUSES will not be stopping at the Link Centre for the duration of a road closure on Whitehill Way as Swindon Council carries out resurfacing work this month.

Due to the closure of Whitehill Way between Mead Way and Five Ways Roundabout for the essential work, bus services 19 and 19a will be diverted between 9.30am and 7.30pm for four days from Tuesday, May 6.

During this time buses will run direct between Paddington Drive and Shaw Road along Mead Way.

Buses will not be able to call at the following stops: Link Centre, Stonefield Close, Eastleaze Bus Link Road and Chelmsford Road.

Passengers are advised to use the nearest available stops at Westlea Fire Station, Westlea Campus, in Mead Way or, for Service 19, Ridge Green, in Shaw Road.

Thamesdown Transport apologises for any inconvenience caused to passengers due to these circumstances beyond its control.
