TWO women who admitted assaulting another female are still to face a trial to find out what actually happened.
Theresa and Emmy Fearon both pleaded guilty to a charge of actual bodily harm when they appeared at Swindon Crown Court, but on a certain basis.
And the prosecutors said that there would need to be a trial of issue in which a judge could hear evidence and decide exactly what took place.
Theresa, 50, and 20-year-old Emmy, who live together in Kings Avenue, Highworth, admitted the assault on Saturday December 14 last year.
Judge Douglas Field adjourned the case to a date to be fixed when the hearing will take place and released the women on bail until then.
