SECTION 27, TRUSTEE ACT, 1925
Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that any person having a claim against or an interest in the estate of Thomas Norman Webb Deceased, retired plumber of Sunrise Senior Living Care Home, 111 Burgess Road, Southampton, SO16 7AG (and previously of 28 Glen Road, Sarisbury Green, Southampton, SO31 7FF), who died on 6 March 2013, should send particulars in writing of his or her claim or interest to the executors c/o Mr J W J Mist, Wilkins Kennedy LLP, 3-4 Eastwood Court, Broadwater Road, Romsey, Hampshire, SO51 8JJ by 31 July 2014. After this date, the executors will convey or distribute the Estate, to or among the persons entitled thereto, having regard only to the claims of which the executors then had notice and then shall not, as respects the property so conveyed or distributed be liable to any person of whose claim the executors have not had notice at the time of conveyance or distribution.
