A NEW feedback phone line has been launched for Great Western Hospital patients.

VoiceBook gives people the opportunity to give their honest opinion of the service they received by leaving a simple answer phone message, instead of having to write down their comments.

All messages left on VoiceBook will be listened to by the Customer Services team and each month a balanced selection will be played to staff and the trust’s board members.

All feedback will be used to make improvements to the patient experience.
