TWO new garden sheds will be erected on agricultural land at Burderop Barns in Chiseldon after Swindon Council granted planning permission last week.
Ray Disson, who lives in Burderop Barns, applied to change the land use from agricultural to domestic and put the sheds in place for the storage of household items.
There were objections from one resident in Burderop Barns, but this did not halt the application. They had complained the sheds would affect the views from other properties, attract theft and contradict the wider area’s outstanding beauty.
