Parkinson's aid
AN EVENT to help people cope with Parkinson’s will take place today.
Held at the County Ground from 10am to 2pm, the event is organised by the Swindon branch of Parkinson’s UK. It is open to sufferers, their families and carers, health and social care professionals as well as nursing and care home staff.
A Parkinson’s specialist nurse, support worker and representatives from many agencies and carers’ organisations will be on hand to answer guests’ questions.
