UPDATE: Investigation launched as man suffers fractured neck in Coate crash

Swindon Advertiser: Police are looking for information following a crash at the Commonhead Roundabout Police are looking for information following a crash at the Commonhead Roundabout

THE Independent Police Complaints Commission are investigating after a white Range Rover being chased by a marked police car crashed into a set of traffic lights at the Coate roundabout at 12.40am on Sunday.

The incident was referred by Wiltshire Police as is standard procedure in such cases.

No other vehicles were involved in the incident and all four men in the Range Rover were arrested at the scene and taken to Great Western Hospital to be checked over.

The 21-year-old male driver sustained a neck fracture.

If anyone has information regarding the crash, or the driving of the vehicle prior to the crash, then contact Wiltshire Police on 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.

There not investigating the driver but the police because the driver crashed while were being followed by a police car, standard procedure as indicated in the report (IPC investigation)
