A MAN who is charged with a series of sexual assaults in Swindon has been remanded in custody by a judge.
Mustafa Ali, who faces three allegations of sexual assault and one attempt said to have taken place last month, is also accused of common assault.
No charges were formally put to the 33-year-old, of no fixed abode, and he did not enter any pleas during the brief hearing at Swindon Crown Court.
Judge Douglas Field adjourned the case to Friday October 17 and remanded him in custody until then.
