FIREFIGHTERS are fighting a blaze in Redhouse, where a dog has been rescued from a burning house.
Wiltshire Fire & Rescue crews from Swindon, Stratton and Westlea are currently at a three-storey property in Dunvant Road.
No persons are involved and the fire is thought to be under control, though it spread from the first floor through the second floor and into the roof space.
A spokesman for the fire service said: “The call came in at 1.12pm and four pumps are in attendance, along with the aerial appliance.
“No casualties have been reported and the fire is contained to the one property at the moment.”
