A woman who falsely used a debit card to withdraw cash from the bank has been released on bail by a judge. Beverley Lewis pleaded guilty to a charge of fraud when she appeared at Swindon Crown Court.
The 27-year-old, of Faringdon Road, admitted making the false representation to the Royal Bank of Scotland between October 8 and November 14 this year.
Judge Tim Mousley QC adjourned the case to January 9 to give the probation service time to compile a pre-sentence report and released her on bail.
