A MAN accused of sexually abusing a child more than 30 years ago is to face trial by judge and jury.
Malcolm Webb, 68, pleaded not guilty to three counts of indecency with a child when he appeared at Swindon Crown Court.
Webb is said to have molested the girl, aged under 14, between 1982 and January 1985.
Judge Peter Blair QC adjourned the case to Monday, October 5, and released Webb, of Sheerwold Close, Stratton, on unconditional bail.
