The cyclist who died following a collision with a parked lorry near Cricklade has been formally identified
THE Swindon cyclist who died following a collision with a parked lorry near Cricklade has been formally identified.
A police spokesman said: "Robert Hinton, 54, of Oakhurst, Swindon, sadly died on Saturday due to injuries he sustained after colliding with a lorry while out cycling near Cricklade.
"The incident happened on Cirencester Road, Latton, at approximately 3.57pm on Thursday, April 23."
"An inquest is due to be opened and adjourned.
"The family of Robert have asked for privacy at this difficult time."
