Girlhood star Karidja Toure has revealed she auditioned for X-Men but lost out on the part to a Hollywood actress. Toure, star of the much-talked about Girlhood, which is directed by Celine Sciamma, said: 'I had a casting video for X-Men but they didn't choose me.' Girlhood opens in UK cinemas on May 8.
