A 57-year-old man who is accused of sexually assaulting a woman is to face trial by judge and jury.
Vernon Fernandez, of Faringdon Road, pleaded not guilty to the allegation, said to have taken place on Sunday, March 15, when he appeared at Swindon Crown Court.
Judge Tim Mousley QC adjourned the case for a trial on Monday, February 15, next year and released him on bail until then.
