SWINDON BOROUGH COUNCIL
(VARIOUS ROADS, OLD TOWN)
(20MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2015

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN under the relevant sections of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the Council proposes to:

Introduce a 20mph Speed Limit on the following roads:

St Margarets Road
For its entire length from it's junction with Croft Road.

Winifred Street
From its junction with St Margarets Road to its junction with Evelyn Street.

Evelyn Street
From a point 5 metres west of its junction with Marlborough Road to its junction with Hesketh Crescent.

Hesketh Crescent
For its entire length from its junction with Evelyn Street

Marlborough Lane
From its junction with Evelyn Street to a point 20 metres west of its junction with Marlborough Road, at Pipers Roundabout.

A copy of Order, statement of reasons and plans are available for inspection at the Council's One Stop Shop, Wat Tyler House, Euclid Street, Swindon during normal office hours for 21 days from 28 August 2015.

Anyone wishing to object to the proposed Order should do so in writing stating the grounds of the objection to reach the undersigned, quoting the reference of the Order to be objected (za/TRO 20MPH/Old Town) stating the grounds on which they are made by no later than 18 September 2015.
