OLIVIER Award nominee Gerard Logan will take on the ever elusive Oscar Wilde in Wilde Without the Boy tomorrow.
The dramatic interpretation of De Profundis, the letter Oscar Wilde wrote to his lover, Lord Alfred Douglas, from his cell in Reading gaol is directed by Gareth Armstrong.
Witty and passionate, Wilde Without the Boy is a glimpse into the humbled, bruised, loving soul of one of the greatest geniuses ever to have lived.
The show will be staged at the Arts Centre on October 2 at 7.30pm. Tickets are £13. To book, visit swindontheatres.co.uk or call 01793 524481. — MARION SAUVEBOIS
