A MAN described as having an Australian or South African accent is being sought by police after his car was involved in a crash with a cyclist in Swindon.
The incident happened at around 8.15pm on Tuesday, November 10, in Victoria Road, Old Town.
A cyclist was riding down the hill when there was a crash involving the rider and a dark-coloured hatchback car, described as possibly being a taxi, at the bottom of the hill near Morrison's car park.
The driver, who stopped and spoke to the cyclist, is described as white, of medium build, aged 35 to 45, with brown spiky hair. He is said to have spoken with an Australian or South African accent.
PC Darren Thorn said: "We are keen to speak to the driver of this car or anyone who may have seen the collision.
