BROTHERS who had been accused of being involved in running a cannabis farm in a flat have had the charge against them dropped.
Fakhruz and Shaha Zaman had been due to face trial by judge and jury in July after pleading not guilty to being concerned in the production of the drug.
But the siblings' case was brought back before Swindon Crown Court when prosecutors offered no evidence and the judge returned a formal not guilty verdict.
Fakhruz, 33, and Shaha, 36, of Bourne Road, Moredon, were said to have been involved in the operation at Rysy Court in Haydon End in February 2014.
