POLICE have are appealing for help finding a missing 29-year-old man.

Officers believe Edward Whyatt is experiencing personal problems and said his disappearance is out of character.

He spoke to a family member while he was at Asda on the Orbital retail park in Swindon at 11am on Saturday but has not been seen or heard from since.

Edward, from South Cerney, Gloucestershire, rides a black Honda CBR 125 RC motorbike.

He is described as white, 5ft 9ins tall, of slim build, with short fair hair and clean shaven. He usually wears blue or grey jeans, a black leather biker's jacket and black leather trousers.

His motorcycle helmet is black.

Edward's family are based in Fairford but he could also be in Cirencester or Swindon.

Anyone who sees him or knows of his whereabouts is urged to call 101, quoting incident 353 of May 22.
