A JUDGE has issued a warrant for the arrest of a 15-year-old lad who is due to face trial for aggravated burglary.
The teenager, from Freshbrook, is said to have been armed with a knife when he burgled a property on nearby Lanhydrock Close.
A judge at Swindon Crown Court heard that the boy's lawyers have lost touch with him as they prepare for the trial on Wednesday, September 21.
Recorder Timothy Rose said that as he had been written to about the hearing he would issue a warrant to bring him back before the court.
