A MAN who is accused of biting off the tip of his partner's finger has been remanded in custody by a judge.
Simon Ndeithi is said to have sunk his teeth into the woman's digit at their home on Wednesday, October 5, Swindon Crown Court was told.
No charges have been formally put to the 37-year-old, of Elver Close, Covingham, who was not in court for the hearing.
Judge Tim Mousley QC refused him bail and remanded him in custody to Friday November 4, when he is due to enter his plea.
