FORGET being tangoed, a Swindon salon is turning outrageously orange on Friday in support of Stand Up To Cancer.

Staff at Regis Hair & Beauty on The Parade in the town centre will be donning orange outfits and spectacular wigs, as they invite guests to get involved in raising money and awareness for the cancer charity.

Guests visiting the salon on Friday are in for a fun filled experience with a variety of exciting things happening throughout the day.

Jessie Bourke regional business manager, said: “We are so excited to be supporting Stand Up To Cancer.

"It’s a fantastic way to bring our salon and clients together but also to raise awareness of a disease which affects hundreds of people daily.”

The salon will also be selling Stand Up To Cancer badges as well as collecting extra charity funds through credit and debit card donations.

Clients will be allowed to choose to donate when paying for their hair and beauty treatments and there will be collection pots inside the salon for any spare change that guests are willing to donate.
