SWINDON BOROUGH COUNCIL (WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTIONS AND PARKING PLACES CONSOLIDATION ORDER 2014) EXPERIMENTAL ORDER (NO.2) 2015 MODIFICATION (No. 1)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 19 October 2016 Swindon Borough Council modified the above Experimental Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to be operative from the 28th October 2016.

The effect of the modification is as follow:
Church Place
West Side Revoke the Residents Parking for Zone B Permit Holders adjacent to
Park House to be replaced with 'Limited Waiting 2 hours Mon - Sat 8am -6pm No Return within 1 hour'.
West Side Revoke 3 metres of 'no waiting at any time' restriction adjacent to Taunton Street.

A copy of this modification, the experimental Order and plans may be inspected at the One Stop Shop, Wat Tyler House, Euclid Street, Swindon during normal office hours or online at www.swindon.gov.uk/trafficregulationorders.
Any person wishing to make representations whether to object or support the modification before it is made permanent , must do so in writing quoting the reference (ZA/Modification/ Zone B) specifying the grounds on which they are made, by the revised date of 10 January 2017.

If you wish to question the validity of the modification, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any instrument made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the modification, you may, within 6 weeks from 19 October 2016 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
