POLICE are appealing for information about a 15-year-old girl, missing from the Upper Stratton area.
Saffron Ferrier has been missing since late afternoon on Monday.
Police would like to hear from anybody who may have any information about where Saffron is.
She is believed to have gone to visit friends in Pinehurst on the bank holiday.
Saffron is described as 5ft 1ins tall, of slim build with shoulder-length brown hair.
She was last seen wearing a red and black check shirt, black leggings and green coat with red and white trainers.
PC Keith Larkwothy said: “We are concerned about where Saffron may be - her family are worried about her and would like to hear from her to know she is ok.
"If any of Saffron’s friends have heard from her, or have any information about where she is, please get in touch with us.”
Anyone with information should call police on 101, or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 where information can be left anonymously if preferred.
