A 52-year-old man is due to appear at Bristol Crown Court on Wednesday charged with manslaughter by gross negligence.
Kevin Lewis Adams, of Exmouth Street, Swindon, was charged in May last year following the death of Kim Dohoon.
Kim, 36, of Slough, died on Saturday, June 13, 2015, in Exmouth Street.
Adams pleaded not guilty to the charge on August 30, 2016.
The trial is listed for two weeks.
