Firefighters from Swindon and Westlea fire stations were called by paramedics at 12.47pm following reports that persons were trapped.
All emergency services are at the scene and air ambulances are believed to have landed at Commonweal School.
A spokesman for South Western Ambulance Service said there were two casualties, both in possible cardiac arrest.
Three ambulances and one rapid response vehicle were sent to the scene.
