A man who is accused of two counts of false imprisonment is to face trial by judge and jury.

Moskiqur Rahman is said to have held the people against their will on Sunday September 11 last year.

The 47-year-old, of Broad Street, pleaded not guilty to the two allegations when he appeared at Swindon Crown Court.

Judge Tim Mousley QC adjourned the case to a date to be fixed and released him on bail until then.
