THE EXPERIENCE of refugees will be the focus of a talk by Sushila Dhal, the therapeutic services manager at Oxford’s Refugee Resource.
She has worked with the charity for 13 years and will cover why people flee, the journey they undertake and what happens when they get to the UK.
It will take place at The Abbey Sutton Courtenay, Abingdon, on Sunday from 7pm until 9pm.
Tickets are by donation.
