TWO teenagers who are accused of carrying out a serious assault in Walcot have been released on bail by a judge.
Jordan Betterton and Billy Livingstone, both 18, are each accused of causing grievous bodily harm with intent on Wednesday, August 16. Livingstone is also said to have had a bladed article on Bideford Close on the same day.
No charges have been formally put to the pair and they did not enter any pleas during the brief hearing at Swindon Crown Court.
Judge Tim Mousley QC adjourned the case to a date to be fixed and released Betterton, of Bowleymead, Eldene, and Livingstone, of Marlowe Avenue, on conditional bail.
