Tesco evacuated over fire false alarm
TESCO was evacuated following a fire alarm.
The Ocotal Way superstore was evacuated shortly before 6.45pm on Saturday, when the alarms sounded.
Firefighters were alerted, but were assured it was a false alarm. No crews attended the scene.
Shoppers waited outside the store for around 15 minutes before being let back in, an eyewitness said.
