A 38-year-old man from Swindon has been jailed for 42 weeks after breaching a restraining order twice and for a public order offence.
James McCarthy was convicted on Friday January 12 at Salisbury Crown Court for using threatening and abusive language against a man in The Tap and Barrel and for breaking a restraining order against his estranged wife on two occasions.
The incidents occurred between December 9 and December 11 2017.
