TWO teenagers have been arrested after police seized drugs, money and a knife in the town centre on Tuesday morning.
On-duty PCSOs spotted two people acting suspiciously near Sainsbury’s in the Brunel Plaza at around 11.30am.
The suspects ran from officers, dropping a bag as they fled, but were chased and caught behind the supermarket.
The discarded bag contained individual bags of what is believed to be Class A drugs.
Officers also seized a large sum of cash and a knife.
A 15-year-old boy has been arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of Class A drugs.
A 19-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply Class A drugs and possession of a knife.
The pair, who are both from Swindon, are currently in police custody.
