A HYPNOTHERAPIST from Royal Wootton Bassett is slashing the price of her book today to help women going through the menopause in the heatwave.

Helen Breward, a trained hypnotherapist, international speaker and author of “My Menopause, My Way” is cutting the price of her book to help women suffering with hot flushes in the summer heatwave.

Helen went through the menopause early after a hysterectomy in 2012. But discovered she could drastically reduce menopausal hot flushes through self-hypnosis.

Helen said: “The NHS is 70 years old and when we get ill nowadays, most people automatically reach for tablets. We don’t realise how powerful a resource our minds are. Self-hypnosis allows people to take back control of their bodies without the unpleasant side effects of medication.”

The flash sale will mean the paperback version will drop from £12.97 to £6.50 while the kindle version will going down to £4.50.

The book has been well received on Amazon, giving Helen’s book a 5-star rating. It gives readers a holistic approach to managing the menopause through visualisation techniques, self-hypnosis and an overall healthy diet.

Helen also received a letter from ITV’s Lorraine Kelly, who said: “Thanks for your book “My Menopause, My Way” - full of common sense and good advice!”

The flash sale of the book will end tonight at midnight when it will go back up to full price.
