A man who was charged with murder following the death of a three-month-old baby in Devizes has appeared in court.
Samuel Warnock, formerly of Cornfield Road, Devizes, appeared at Winchester Crown Court on Friday morning charged with the murder of his three month old daughter Miyah Warnock.
Miyah was taken to Bristol Children’s Hospital on September 20, 2021, but she tragically died in hospital a month later on October 19, 2021.
No plea was entered today and Warnock was remanded in custody.
The 28-year-old is next due to appear on August 7.
