The Old Town Beer Festival is back for its 10th anniversary this week.

After kicking off with its first-ever comedy night on Thursday, the event will be in full swing on Friday evening from 6pm to 10pm, with more than 45 beers and 30 ciders from local, regional, and national brewers available to try in Christ Church.

Tickets are £15, which pays for entry, a 10th anniversary glass, festival guide, and the first two drinks.

The festivities continue on Saturday from midday to 10pm, including live music from 5pm.

Sponsored by the Rusty Garage Brewery, the lineup includes Joli and the Souls, Jol Rose, What The Pluck and The Zach FC Trio. Tickets for the evening are £5, while all-day tickets are £15.

On Sunday, the Renewal Gospel Choir will perform between 6pm and 9pm. Tickets are £10 and include entry plus all drinks and snacks.

Festival organiser Chris Smith said: "We're thrilled to celebrate our 10th anniversary and we've planned a fantastic event to mark the occasion."

The event is Christ Church’s biggest fundraiser of the year, supporting their work as well as Swindon Humanitarian Aid Partnership and The Veterans Charity.

Tickets can be purchased at https://oldtownbeerfestival.com or at Magnum Wine, The Hop Inn, The Beehive, or the Community Centre at Christ Church.
