Tens of thousands of revellers flocked to Wiltshire’s biggest festival despite a weekend of mixed weather.
The 41st World of Music Arts and Dance (WOMAD) Festival was held at Charlton Park in Malmesbury from Thursday, July 27, to Sunday, July 30.
Despite a weekend of rain hitting the county, over 40,000 people attended the first night of the highly anticipated festival.
In total around 90,000 people were expected at WOMAD over the course of the weekend.
They were treated to over 150 artists from 50 different countries around the world, who visited Wiltshire to perform for huge crowds over the course of the weekend.
The show was headlined by a number of notable artists, including Kate Rusby, Bombay Bicycle Club and Femi Kuti and his jazz-funk band the Positive Force.
As well as music, there was a host of other attractions for visitors to discover including a taste of the world cooking stage, tents hosting yoga and samba lessons, and the WOMAD spa.
