Police in Wiltshire are searching for a missing man who vanished after leaving hospital.
Witold Kuchnicki was last seen leaving Bath Royal United Hospital on Sunday, August 27, and did not return to his home in Trowbridge.
The 57-year-old is described as being about 5ft 7in, medium build with greying spiky hair.
He was last seen wearing a blue shell suit jacket with a red lining.
A Wiltshire Police spokesperson said: “We are appealing for information to locate Witold Kuchnicki who has been reported missing.
“Anyone with information is asked to call us on 101 quoting log 54230097371.”
