Shops throughout Swindon are already preparing for Christmas with seasonal decorations and more spotted.

Different stores in the town centre are already preparing for the holidays despite there still being well over a two-month wait.

Although Halloween and Bonfire Night are still yet to happen, that has not stopped stores in the town from getting ready for the most wonderful time of the year.

A selection of decorations could be seen in Poundland, ranging from Santa hats and festive rubber ducks to lights and tinsel.

One Beyond similarly was decked in Christmas gear but also offered some seasonal puzzles as well as some winter arts and crafts.

Moving on to food items and Iceland on Havelock Street had numerous festive items in-store already including both Christmas cake and pudding.

Turkey baking trays and advent calendars were also spotted signalling the start of the Christmas countdown for the town.

Elsewhere greeting cards could be purchased to send Christmas messages to family and friends with Card Factory already having the seasonal range in stock.

Marks & Spencer also had their own selection of cards along with Christmas crackers and 2024 calendars to coincide with the New Year celebrations.
