Three days into the week and three lots of good news!
On Sunday morning, Chocolate (aka Virgin Mary), gave birth to two adorable little baby guinea pigs!

On Monday eve, I had a phone call, informing me that the council had decided to keep open our library open in Walcot. I have been campaigning tirelessly over the last 6 weeks to try to save the library. I was so pleased :) Doing something like this for the local community, gave me such a good feeling. I was especially chuffed by the amount of support I had from other people. My campaign had support from as far a field as Germany! The feeling of community spirit was fantastic; I am so pleased, especially for both the old and the young, who rely on this facility.

Today, to complete the hat trick! I came home to find that the postman had delivered me a "Golden Letter." This is a special letter from the Head Mistress, at the children's school. Every term, each class teacher selects two children, who she thinks have done exceedingly well and nominates them for a golden letter. My Callum got one! This is his third golden letter and I am so proud of him :) He works hard in class and tries his best. He always contributes to class discussion and is very mature. YAAYYYYYY! That's my son! I must be doing something right!

So that's my hat trick this week, what a week :)

Your turn now, tell me what the week has had in store for you so far.
