The Swindon & District League lost eight teams over the summer but with a lot of hard work by secretary Kirsty Bunce, they have been replaced by eight new ones.
Catalus, North Swindon, Shield & Dagger, Aldbourne, Penhill RBL, South Swindon and Grange Park have been replaced by Duke Of Edinburgh, Lechlade AFC 87, Moonrakers, Pinehurst Athletic, Queenstown, The Sun Liddington, Tstech and Citifath FC.
League chairman Jerry Welch said: “I am sure we will have a very good season. Clubs are finding it very hard financially to sustain football teams these days.
“But the Swindon & District League will continue to provide grassroots football at a affordable cost for the clubs that love to play.”
