POLICE are hunting a camouflage-clad man who attacked another man in Highworth.
The incident occurred in Turnpike Road between 8.30 and 8.45pm on Saturday, October 17.
After assaulting the victim the offending man got into a red car – believed to be a Ford Escort – as a passenger and sped off.
The attacker is described as white, 5ft 10in with a medium build and short blonde crew cut hair. He was wearing a combat jacket and trousers which both had camouflage patterns.
It is also believed the attacker had an Irish accent and may have had a stud in his left ear.
Police would also like to talk to the driver of the car.
