SINGER Morrissey has been discharged from the Great Western Hospital, having collapsed last night on stage at the Oasis.
Teresa Harding, the on-call manager at Great Western Hospital in Swindon, said the 50-year-old was discharged from hospital at about 1.30pm today.
In a statement, she said: "Morrissey became unwell and he was admitted overnight as a precautionary measure. He was seen by the medical team.
"He is much improved and he has now been discharged home."
The hospital refused to go into details about the nature of the star's condition for reasons of patient confidentiality.
