Today we went to the Wyvern Theatre to see Darren Shan, as part of the Swindon Ten Youth Festival of Literature.
It was a really good experience and I enjoyed it very much. My favourite part was when he read out a part of Book One in the Demonata series, ‘Lord Loss’, and he read Lord Loss’s parts through a microphone in a really cool voice. I can’t say that there is any of it that I didn’t like, except for the fact that he might have been better with a big entrance, and him being dressed up and really dramatic.
