THE Thames Run organising committee are looking for last minute entries for a 10k race on Sunday.
More than 500 runners are expected to pound the pavements and riverbanks in Wallingford, Oxfordshire, as they compete in the multi-terrain course.
The annual event, organised in conjunction with Howbery Park and Cancer Research UK, attracts runners and their families from all over the UK and overseas.
It starts and finishes in the Howbery Park, the run will start at 10.30am and finishes at about 12.30pm.
There will children’s activities and food available at the riverside.
Organisers would like to hear from runners, clubs and corporate teams who would like to enter to support Cancer Research.
