AN initiative to encourage more employees to take up training in Asperger’s syndrome, dyslexia, autism and Down’s syndrome awareness is now available in Swindon.
Award-winning Signs4Life is showcasing the initiative to help staff engage with their colleagues, service users and clients who may have learning disabilities.
Signs4Life also offers deaf and visual impairment advice.
Signs4Life managing director Fozia Parveen said: “You never know when you will come into contact with a customer, a colleague or member of the public who is autistic, deaf or visually impaired.
“We are working with organisations as varied as supermarkets, schools and hospitals.”
