A SAFE from a house in Freshbrook was seized by police in an early morning drugs raid today.
Around 10 officers executed a warrant at around 8.15am in Godolphin Close, Freshbrook, and a sniffer dog searched the property for around half an hour.
A safe found in one of the bedrooms of the house was seized but noone was in the address at the time.
PC Tom Turner, beat manager for the area, said: "We acted on intelligence about drug dealing in the area and have seized a safe indicated to us by the dog."
