HANGING basket workshops are being held at Lydiard Park later this month.
The workshops, on May 15 will be led by Lydiard Park’s head gardener Simon Brooks who will demonstrate how to put together a basket packed with a colourful display of flowers and plants.
Two sessions, starting at 10am and 2pm, will be held on the day and will last for about an hour.
A place on the workshops costs £10, which includes all materials and plants.
People taking part will also be able to visit the beautifully restored 18th Century Walled Garden at Lydiard Park for further garden inspiration. Old clothing should be worn and gardening gloves and a trowel are also recommended.
