THE SWINDON Advertiser has been nominated for a host of gongs at the annual EDF South West Media Awards.
The full list of nominees for the awards, sponsored by EDF Energy in association with journalism website HoldtheFrontPage, was published this week and saw the newspaper shortlisted ten times in six categories.
Reporters Scott D’Arcy and Emma Dunn are both in the running for Newcomer of the Year and Katie Bond has been shortlisted for Print Journalist of the Year (Daily). Stuart Harrison and James Douglas have been nominated for News Photographer of the Year and Barrie Hudson could be crowned Columnist of the Year.
The Adver also has three out of the four shortlisted entries for Front Page of the Year and is also nominated for Daily Newspaper of the Year.
