A man is to face trial accused of stealing a bag containing bank cards and a set of headphones from a room at a house. Aaron Maynard, 26, of Hornbeam Court, Pinehurst, is said to have taken the items from a room at the property on Cheney Manor Road on May 20.
He pleaded not guilty to a charge of burglary when he appeared at Swindon Crown Court. Judge Douglas Field adjourned the case to October 30 when he is to face trial by jury on the allegation.
He released him on bail on condition he does not have contact with named witness or go to Leftwich Manor Guest House.
